Sunrise over KwaZulu-Natal
I'm just back from South Africa, a memorable trip. I will have to tell you later what I was doing there, but in the meantime here is a view of the Indian Ocean in the early morning.
I am an anthropology, archaeology, and animal cognition writer with 20 years' experience covering these fields for Science, Audubon, Scientific American, SAPIENS, and other publications. I also cover sexual misconduct for The Verge, Scientific American, others.
